SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under 528 of BNSS for quashing of order dated 01.05.2025 (Annexure P.3) passed by learned Sessions Judge, Hisar in CRA/196/2025 titled Pawan Kumar Vs. Narender & Anr whereby the appellant-convict is directed to deposit 20% of the compensation amount awarded by the trial Court within 60 days, in view of Section 148 of N.I. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars. Prayer is accepted.
