This petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 83, dated 20th August, 2021 under Sections 323, 324, 307, 148 and 149 IPC (Section 325 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Garhdiwal, District Hoshiarpur. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.
