The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 28.04.2017 whereby she was denied extension of one year. 2.

The petitioner is seeking extension beyond age of superannuation.

Ms. Deepali Puri, Advocate submits that petitioner was granted extension of one year and she did not work during said period. By order dated 28.02.2018, it was decided not to grant extension to any employee and even extensions already granted were decided to be withdrawn if not implemented. The instant petition has rendered infructuous.
