Punjab State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited', decided on 30.09.2019.

Learned counsel for the respondent states that the respondent has no objection if the present writ petition is also disposed of in terms of Nirmal Singh (supra).

Keeping in view the fact that the parties are agreeable that the claim of the petitioner is squarely covered by Nirmal Singh (supra), the present writ petition is also disposed of in the same terms as of Nirmal Singh (supra)..
