This petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 for issuance of directions to the official respondents to provide CCTV footage of the nearby places where the alleged accident of the husband of the petitioner was taken place with a further prayer to look in to the representation dated 24.06.2025 (Annexure P-2) in a time bound manner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners have preferred a representation/complaint dated 24.06.2025 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.2- Commissioner of Police, Amritsar, Punjab but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2Commissioner of Police, Amritsar, Punjab to look into his representation/complaint and take appropriate steps at the earliest. 3.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2- Commissioner of Police, Amritsar, Punjab to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 24.06.2025 (Annexure P-2) of the petitioners in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and to pass an appropriate order.
