**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari, quashing the impugned order dated 01.03.2018 passed by respondent No.3, thereby rejecting the leave of the petitioner from 19.02.2018 to 19.03.2018.

Petitioner has also prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to sanction the extra ordinary leave to the petitioner and to transfer her to Moga in terms of policy decision of the State Government. CWP No. 6590 of 2018 -2Notice of motion was issued on 16.03.2018 on the premise that the petitioner could not attend the school on account of her life being under threat at the hands of her parents as she had solemnized inter caste marriage. After issuance of notice of motion, the Director General School Education vide order dated 03.04.2018 has already sanctioned the leave for the period in question and the petitioner has also been transferred to District Moga. In view of aforesaid factual position, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition. Dismissed as not pressed.
