(ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 121 dated 7.9.2016, registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, Police Station Guruharsahai, District Ferozepur. On 9.9.2019, the following order was passed by this Court: " Notice of motion for 31.10.2019.

Meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned trial Court within 15 days from today. On doing so, she shall be released on interim bail by the learned trial Court to its satisfaction."

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in terms of the above order, petitioner had surrendered before the Trial Court on 17.9.2010 and had furnished bail bonds/surety bonds and she was admitted to interim bail till 31.10.2019.
