 - $. )/ The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to release the amount of Rs.9,80,032/- qua the civil works, Rs.63,992/- towards the electric works executed by the petitioner and Rs.4,611/- towards security deposited by the petitioner alongwith interest @ 12% per annum.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that as disputed questions of facts arise for determination in the present petition, therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the alternative remedies available to him in accordance with law. Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.  '(
