CWP-6602 of 2018 Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 & 2 to release the payment of amount of employees provident fund to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner had been continuously making requests for releasing him the amount of his employees provident fund and also made representation dated 10.07.2018 (Annexure P1) in this regard, but no action has been taken thereon by now.
