The instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction for setting aside the impugned order dated 28.06.2024, passed by the learned Commissioner, Gurugram Division, Gurugram (Annexure P-1) with further prayer to restrain the concerned revenue authorities from mutating the revenue entries and also to pass an ex-parte ad-interim order to direct the stay of operation of the impugned order dated 28.06.2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that there are some inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.
