Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that meeting of the Municipal Council, Guru Harsahai, District Ferozepur, shall be held as required by law every month. In case, there is any apprehension of disturbance in holding of the meeting, same shall be supervised by the Deputy Commissioner/Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur. In view of the above, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
