This is the petition filed under Section 483 BNSS for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.466 dated 17.11.2024 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 201 IPC registered at Police Station Meham District Rohtak.

The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had presented some forged documents and had submitted surety for an accused namely Saddik.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner had never appeared before the Court below at the time of furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds, rather his photograph was used in the crime. The petitioner has been in custody since 20.04.2025 and is not involved in any other criminal case. CRM-M-36818-2025 filed. The trial will take considerable time to conclude. A prayer, therefore, has been made to extend the concession of bail to the petitioner.

On the other hand, learned State counsel while opposing the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions submits that the allegations levelled against the petitioner are grave in nature.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material placed on record.

The petitioner has been in custody since 20.04.2025. The investigation in the case in hand is complete as challan stands presented. The trial will take considerable time to conclude. The petitioner is not involved in any other criminal case. 7.

In the facts and circumstances as enumerated hereinabove, this Court deems it fit to extend the concession of regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the instant petition is allowed. The petitioner be admitted to bail on his furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the Trial Court/Duty Magistrate concerned.

However, it is made clear that anything observed hereinabove shall not be construed to be an expression of opinion on the merits of the case.
