1   The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari, mandamus or directing the respondents not to lay down underground pipeline from the land of the petitioners i.e. kila No.1, 2 and 3 mentioned in green portion in the site plan (Annexure P-4). 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his appropriate remedies, in accordance with law. 3.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid
