(Oral) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties i.e. the petitioner and respondent No. 4 have arrived at a Settlement Agreement dated 18.04.2023 before the Mediation Centre of the Hon'ble Supreme Court. A copy of the said Settlement Agreement is handed over in Court, which is taken on record. It is submitted that as per clause 1(vii) of the said Settlement Agreement, the petitioner has to withdraw the present petition. It is accordingly submitted that the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
