Petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondents to constitute a empowered standing committee for settling the claim of the petitioner to the tune of `37,07,130/- alongwith interest. Learned State counsel submits that matter shall be examined by respondent no. 1 and decision shall be taken at the earliest in any case not later than three months.

In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
