JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the 3rd respondent-Principal, Government Senior Secondary School, Rupnagar to take appropriate action on the representation dated 25.05.2016 (Annexure P-6) and legal notice dated 18.10.2016 (Annexure P-7) within a stipulated period. Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct the 3rd respondent-Principal, Government Senior Secondary School, Rupnagar to take appropriate action on the representation dated 25.05.2016 (Annexure P-6) and legal notice dated 18.10.2016 (Annexure P-7) within a period two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and shall pass a speaking order thereon.
