Learned State counsel (on instructions from ASI Jaswant Singh) submits that the petitioner is not yet on bail despite the FIR in question having been registered on 19.10.2023.

Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the instant petition at this stage. Ordered accordingly.
