Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) This petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to consider the petitioner's candidature under Exservicemen General category against the post of PGT (Commerce) advertised vide Advt. No.25 of 2023 (Annexure P-9) in the light of letter memo No.66/43/2022-3HR-II dated 18.07.2023, issued by the Chief Secretary, Government of Haryana.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that at this stage, petitioner will be satisfied in case his representation, dated 26.06.2023 (Annexure P-10), pending with respondent No.2-Commission, is ordered to be decided within a specified period. 3.

In view thereof, without going into the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2Commission, to consider and decide the pending representation, dated 26.06.2023 (Annexure P-10), by passing a speaking order thereupon, within a period of ten days from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.
