Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, but without commenting anything as regards the veracity of the averments made in the petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Faridabad, to ensure that the matter arising out of FIR No.481, dated 04.08.2024, Police Station City Ballabagarh, District Faridabad, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC is got investigated fairly and expeditiously so that a final report be submitted thereafter at the earliest.

2. A copy of this order be sent to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Faridabad, for necessary compliance.
