This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 27.03.2025 passed in CWP-8773-2025.

Affidavit of Sanjeev Kumar, Deputy Secretary to Government of Haryana, School Education Department, Panchkula has been filed in Court today, which is taken on record. Along with the affidavit, promotion order dated 11.08.2025 (Annexure R-1) has also been appended. 3.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.

Needless to say, the petitioner would always be at liberty to avail his remedies as available in law.
