(ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of an appropriate writ commanding respondents to let the petitioner upload his details on the web portal of the respondent-Nigam which was introduced vide letter dated 21.09.2021 and notification dated 09.01.2022 (Annexures P-7 & P8 respectively) and for directing the respondents not to replace the petitioner with another contractual employee. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that qua his grievance the petitioner has also submitted a representation dated 17.02.2022 (Annexure P-9), but the same has not been adverted by the respondents till date.

On advance service, learned State counsel appears and submits that a decision will be taken by the competent authority, either way, on the pending representation of the petitioner by passing a speaking order.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner also seeks decision on the pending representation, as suggested by learned State counsel.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to look into the pending representation dated 17.09.2022 (Annexure P-9) of the petitioner and pass an administrative order, giving reasons thereof, in accordance with law.

Let the needful be done as expeditiously as possible. 8.

Disposed of accordingly.
