**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to stay the final recruitment/Scrutiny against the post of Sports and School Special Assistant.

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that the present petition is liable to be dismissed as the entire process of selection (impugned herein) has already been withdrawn and that a fresh advertisement dated 25.01.2021 has been issued. Upon this, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press this petition.

Dismissed as not pressed.
