**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 31 dated 17.3.2019 under Section 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Longowal, District Sangrur. At the outset learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Satpal, submits that the case is now fixed for defence evidence on 14.1.2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the petition at this stage.

In view of the above, the present petition becomes infructuous and is disposed of as such.
