Present petition has been filed praying for directing the learned trial Court to expedite the pending trial in NDPS complaint No.19 of 2023, dated 25.01.2023 (Annexure P-1) in DRI File No.DRI/DZU/34-ENQ.-14-2022, under Sections 8(C), 22(C), 25, 27(A), 28 & 29 of NDPS Act, 1985, supplementary complaint dated 03.07.2023 and 14.09.2023 to take up the same on day-to-day basis. 2.

As the prayer made in the present petition seeking issuance of direction to ld. Trial Court to expedite the trial, has already been decided in petition bearing CRM-M No.12663 of 2025, thus, no order is required to be passed in the present petition and the same stands disposed of as such.
