*** Present: Mr.S.S.Deol, Advocate, for the petitioner. -.- Surya Kant, J . (Oral) The petitioner is owner of House No.91, Sector-6, Urban Estate, Panipat. It appears that a piece of land adjoining to the said Sector which was earlier acquired by the State Government, has been released. The petitioner's allegation is that the owners of released property have, under the garb of demarcation of their released land, encroached upon the HUDA land and no action is being taken by the authorities. Since the issue raised by the petitioner is essentially a question of fact, we dispose of this writ petition without expressing any views on merits, with a direction to the Estate Officer, Panipat to carry out spot inspection and if the petitioner's allegations are found correct, to take necessary action in accordance with law. The needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.
