**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) It is contended that the petitioner herein appeared for the selection process held to fill up post of Multipurpose Health Workers (Male). The petitioner belongs to Mazhbi Sikh caste. He applied under that category but on account of a computer error an admit card was issued to him in the reserved category of Ex-Serviceman (Mazhbi Sikh) instead of only in the Scheduled Caste (Mazhbi Sikh) category. The petitioner has already approached the department concerned by way of a representation dated 16.03.2017 and the same is pending consideration. At the present moment, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner limits his prayer to an early consideration and decision of the representation dated 16.03.2017 (Annexure P-7).

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the the representation dated 16.03.2017 (Annexure P-7) moved by the petitioner, by passing a speaking order in Satyawan 2017.05.09 16:21 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh
