**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned communication dated 11.09.2022 (Annexre P-11), vide which the candidature of the petitioner, for the post of Lecturer in Automobile Engineering (Group-B) in Technical Education Department, was rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 29.10.2022, respondent No.3 has considered the representation of the petitioner and found no merit in the same and that accordingly, the candidature of the petitioner was rejected.

Learned State counsel does not dispute the aforesaid fact. In view of the above, the present petition has become infructuous.
