Pursuant to the previous order passed by this Court, office order bearing No.151, dated 27.08.2025, has been passed by the Executive Engineer, Water Supply & Sanitation, Division No.2, Ferozepur. A copy thereof has been placed on record. State counsel submits that an amount of Rs.7.08,340/- has been sent to the District Treasury, Ferozepur, and the balance amount of Rs.24,84,954, will be released to the petitioner after following procedural formalities. He has categoric instructions to state that the amount will be released to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner is satisfied with the statement made by the State counsel.
