This revision petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is for setting aside order dated 18.12.2018 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Sub Division Bilaspur, Yamunanagar, whereby counter claim filed by the defendants/petitioners was withdrawn simplicitor.

It is not disputed that the main suit has been disposed of vide judgment and decree dated 21.12.2018 against which a statutory appeal lies and the order impugned herein has merged in the final judgment and decree. 3.

Faced with the above situation, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail their alternative remedy, in accordance with law. 4.
