Learned State counsel further submits that matters shall be considered by the concerned authority. The fact that the petitioner has been acquitted pursuant to FIR No. 167 dated 25.04.2016 under Section 42 prisons Act, Police Station Civil Line Kaithal, shall also be taken into consideration and a fresh order shall be passed at the earliest, in any case, not later than 02 weeks.
In view of the above, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
