Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying to direct respondent Nos.2 to 5 for registration of the case against accused person as cognizable offence has been committed by the accused in the jurisdiction of Mujesar Police Station, Faridabad, Haryana. It is further prayed to direct respondents No.2 to 5 to decide representations, Annexure P-1, which is pending before the concerned authorities.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take alternative remedy as available to him under the law.

Allowed as prayed for.
