Apprehending his arrest in FIR No.0084 dated 20.06.2025 registered for offences punishable under Sections 140(3), 62, 351(3) 329(3), 324(4), 191(3) and 190 of BNS, 2023 at Police Station Khui Khera, District Fazilka; the petitioner has preferred this petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking pre-arrest bail. Inter alia contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated into the FIR in question on account of a land dispute with the complainant-side; the injury attributed to the petitioner
