JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J.(ORAL) The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that by virtue of sale deed dated 27.03.2002, he had purchased the land measuring 1 kanal 161⁄2 marlas bearing khasra No.38//23/2 out of 4 kanals 12 marlas. The aforementioned sale deed was challenged by one Karnail Singh, plaintiff in Civil Suit bearing No.280 dated 26.07.2002 but the same has been dismissed vide judgment and decree dated 13.12.2010. The statutory appeal has also been dismissed and regular second appeal is pending but there is no interim order. In the representation submitted to the Tehsildar for correction of the status quo order as granted in the aforementioned civil suit i.e. interim order passed during the pendency of the suit for correcting the same in column No.

12 but no action has been taken. In this regard, he has already moved representation dated 11.11.2016 (Annexure P-3) and legal notice dated 04.01.2017 (Annexure P-4). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent-Tehsildar-cumAssistant Collector 1st Grade, Moonak, District Sangrur to consider the PANKAJ KUMAR 2017.05.

CWP No.9433 of 2017 -2representation dated 11.11.2016 (Annexure P-3) and legal notice dated 04.01.2017 (Annexure P-4) within a stipulated period. Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent-Tehsildar-cumAssistant Collector 1st Grade, Moonak, District Sangrur to consider the representation dated 11.11.2016 (Annexure P-3) and legal notice dated 04.01.2017 (Annexure P-4) within a period two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and shall pass a speaking order thereon.
