**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (ORAL) Present order shall dispose of a bunch of writ petitions in which the petitioner(s) have asked for the financial benefits of promotional increments after completion of 23 years of service in view of the policy of the Finance Department dated 23.04.1990 (P-1). In all the petitions, the same relief has been prayed for.

-2Counsel for the petitioner(s) states that similar petitions i.e. CWP No. 24407 of 2018 and other connected cases, have been disposed of by this Court, vide order dated 19.12.2018, keeping in view the order passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No.1013 of 2017 alongwith other connected cases, decided on 29.11.2018. Counsel for the petitioner(s) further states that petitioner are seeking the similar direction as given by this Court while deciding CWP No.24407 of 2018 and other connected cases, decided on 19.12.2018. Counsel for the respondents does not dispute that the present writ petitions can be disposed of in terms of order dated 29.11.2018 in CWP No.1013 of 2017 and they request that the present petitions be disposed of in terms of order passed in CWP No.1013 of 2017, decided on 29.11.2018.

In view of the prayer made by counsel for the parties, the present writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in CWP No.1013 of 2017, decided on 29.11.2018.
