The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the minor detenue namely Prabhjot Singh and handover the custody to the mother of the child. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties have submitted that the matter has been resolved between the parties and counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case. 4.
