ARUN PALLI, J (Oral) With reference to our order dated August 14, 2024, learned Additional Advocate General, Punjab, at the outset, on instructions from Sanjay Jhajhrie, Assistant, Legal Cell, Department of Animal Husbandry, Punjab, submits that although, per the tender condition, bid validity period was to expire on 25.8.2024, but pursuant to a conscious decision taken by the competent authority, the said period stands extended till 31.12.2024. That being so, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that let the petition be disposed of in terms of the statement made by learned State counsel. And, in case any fresh cause of action arise in future, the petitioner would avail such other remedy as shall be admissible in law. Disposed of accordingly.
