Since the petitioners have already approached Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Chandigarh by filing Securitization Application No.51 of 2019 which is said to be pending as on today, the said Tribunal (respondent No.4) is directed to decide the said SA within 2 months. It is open to the petitioners to seek any relief with regard to the sale scheduled to be held on 30.09.2022 by filing an appropriate application in the said Securitization Application alongwith appropriate interim application for staying of the sale, and if such applications are filed, the said Tribunal (respondent No.4) shall decide the interim application before SURESH KUMAR 2022.09.28 17:01 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
