Counsel appearing for the respondent, on the basis of the affidavit of Additional Commissioner of Customs, Ludhiana, submits that the refund of the admissible duty amount along with interest has already been made. A copy of the details is attached as Annexure A-1. In view of the above, no further action is called for. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
