Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of prearrest bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.214 dated 14.10.2017 under Sections 148, 149, 302, 324 and 120B IPC, registered at Police Station Chhachhrauli, District Yamuna Nagar. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy available before the learned trial Court in terms of order dated 21.08.2019.
