Both the parties are ad idem that an amicable settlement has been arrived at between the parties before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court on 04.08.2023. Terms and conditions of the settlement have been reduced into writing and both the parties have consented to comply with the aforesaid terms and conditions. The compromise has been signed by both the parties and witnessed by their respective counsels.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, learned counsel for the appellant wishes to withdraw the present appeal.
