**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) During course of arguments, learned counsel for both the parties are ad idem that on the basis of order dated 23.02.2021 (Annexure P-25), this petition has become infructuous.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Mr. Sukh Sagar submits that in case petitioner applies for issuance of form G-2, the same shall be considered in accordance with law. With these observations, this writ petition is rendered infructuous.
