GURVINDER SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Parminderjit Singh has informed that trial is almost at its fag end inasmuch as statement of accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. has already been recorded.

Faced with the aforesaid position, learned counsel for the petitioner requests that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition at this stage with liberty to file afresh in case there is inordinate delay in conclusion of trial.
