The appellant's counsel pleads no instructions. On 28.03.2025, the following order was passed:- "On 05.10.2015, the following order was passed:- "Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that as the complete documents for the tractor, purchased by the appellant from the respondent, were not handed over, he could not get it registered and use the same. In case the complete documents of the tractor are handed over to him, he is ready and willing to pay the balance amount in instalments.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the documents were earlier also handed over to the DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2025.04.03 10:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Regular Second Appeal No. 1883 of 2011 (O&M) appellant, however, still he will get copy thereof and hand over the same to the appellant in the court on the next date of hearing.

Adjourned to 19.10.2015."

After a period of 10 years, the appeal was taken up on 10.03.2025. It was adjourned on the request of the appellant's counsel to today. Today again, similar request is being repeated.

Keeping in view the aforesaid fact, this court is left with no choice but to express its anguish.

List, in the urgent list, on 01.04.2025.

No further request for an adjournment, oral or written, shall be entertained."

It appears that the appellant is no longer interested in prosecuting the present appeal.
