NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the appellants submits that during pendency of the appeal, better sense has prevailed and the claimant/respondents have sorted out the dispute and effected a compromise with the appellants. He further submits that the agreed amount has been paid to the claimants and, as such, he does not want to pursue the present appeal. He prays for withdrawal of the present appeal.

Learned counsel for the claimant/respondents has no objection to the above prayer.
