In the instant petition filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioner seeks grant of regular bail in FIR No.65 dated 03.09.2019 registered under Sections 376/354/511 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 7/8 of POCSO Act, 2012 (Section 354/511 IPC and 7/8 POCSO Act deleted and Section 6 of POCSO Act added later on) at Police Station Verowal, District Tarn Taran.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition. Permitted to do so. Dismissed as withdrawn.
