(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is for quashing of FIR No.55 dated 05.05.2024 registered under Sections 323, 325, 34, 506 IPC at Police Station Rori, District Sirsa (Annexure P-1) and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 30.05.2024 (Annexure P-2).

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh petition in case a genuine compromise is effected between the parties in future.
