He had a compartment in the Company Law in the session 2014 and, thereafter, he has availed all the three chances as provided in Clause 6 of the Ordinance pertaining to Bachelor of Laws contained in the University Calendar. The case of the petitioner is squarely covered by a decision of this Court rendered in the case of Priansh Abrol vs. Guru Nanak Dev University and others, CWP No.8088 of 2017, decided on 04.05.2017 and, thus, hereby dismissed.
