The petitioner has approached this Court seeking issuance of a direction to the respondents for getting the matter pertaining to FIR No.45 dated 21.7.2019 under Sections 376, 376(2)(N), 450, 506, 34, Police Station Women, Hansi investigated fairly and impartially. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the accused in the present case are threatening the petitioner to compromise the matter and that the police despite the FIR having been lodged in July, 2019 has not taken any effective steps for investigation in the matter. 3.
