The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.233, dated 22.06.2024 under Sections 406, 420 IPC, registered at Police Station Bilaspur, District Yamuna Nagar.

This Court vide order dated 16.07.2025 while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to her joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 16.07.2025, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.
