Mr. APS Sandhu, Advocate for the respondents. *** NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) On 16.08.2023, this Court had passed the following order: "Mr. A.P.S. Sandhu, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondents and filed his Power of Attorney, which is taken on record. He submits that the present matter is likely to have been rendered infructuous as the prayer made in the present petition is for transfer of petition No.COMA/147/2019 dated 26.3.2019, titled as "Smt. Urvashi vs. Dr. Deepak Bhatia and Ors.", from the Court of the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Amritsar to any Court having jurisdiction at Mohali, however, the arguments in the said petition No.COMA/147/2019 dated 26.3.2019 stands concluded and the matter is now posted for pronouncement of orders on 28.8.2023.

Since there is no representation on behalf of petitioner, in the interest of justice, adjourned to 27.09.2023." Today, also none appears on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent-husband informs that the main petition filed by the petitioner-wife has been dismissed vide order dated PUSHPINDER SAINI 2024.03.

  26.10.2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Amritsar. Copy of the order has been handed over in Court which is taken on record. In view of the above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and is being disposed of as such. In case anything survives, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the present petition within a period of three months from today, if so advised.
